Fall is here!

We headed to Washington Farm's Pumpkin Patch this past weekend for the annual Allegood fall outing. What a blast! All three kids (Spencer, Patrick & Cousin Esther) had a wonderful time picking pumpkins, jumping on the air pillow, sliding and playing in the corn. Its amazing to see how much they've all grown over this past year. Patrick will be two at the end of the month and Spencer is beside himself in expectation. I think he has figured out that his little brother doesn't quite know what's going on yet, so he gets to do it all for him! They are quite a pair!

Family portraits

Kris' cousin Sarajane is a photographer. A few weeks back on her way through Atlanta to travel the country doing photo shoots, she stopped and did some of her magic for us. The results are below!

Happy Birthday Patrick!

Patrick turned one on October 31st. We celebrated with family and then "Buzz Lightyear & Woody" headed out for a short trick-or-treat run.

It's Christmas Time!

Oh Christmas tree oh Christmas tree...
We headed to Coker Tree Farm in West Cobb for the annual tree cutting adventure. Spencer helped Dad cut the tree while Patrick and I watched. Next year I'm sure I'll have pictures of three manly men wrestling that monster!

Fall Fun Part II

Spencer and Patrick enjoyed the outing to Washington Farms, but a third tiny dancer was with us, cousin Esther, and her Mom and Dad. Much like me, Mama Heather spends a lot of time behind the camera, so Ben became as much of a photo target as the rest of the fam.

Fall Fun Part I

In the middle of October we headed to the pumpkin patch for some family fun. Patrick loved trekking in the stroller as Spencer and Cousin Esther ran every which way riding cow trains, bumping down pvc pipe slides (then landing face first in the saw dust) and bouncing on giant air pillows. We tried the corn maze, but that wasn't as big a hit as the pumpkin sling shot. SPLAT! Thankfully Patrick was not mistaken for a really cute already carved pumpkin and we got him safely home!

The end of summer

Well, summer is over, school's back in session and the weather is FINALLY cooling down. A few weeks back I went to visit my parents in Ellijay and got a few pictures in my mom's garden before old man Frost comes calling.
